István began his professional career in 2018 at the Office of the Hungarian Parliament, where he supported the work of the Committee on Economic Affairs and the Committee on Enterprise Development by preparing analyses and decision-making background materials. From 2021, he worked as an intellectual property management consultant at DANUBIA IP Ltd. In this position, he actively contributed to intellectual property valuations and audits, the development and implementation of corporate IP management policies, and participated in R&D qualification procedures initiated at the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NRDI Office). In 2024, he joined the CEO’s Office of Deloitte Zrt. as a Senior Operations Specialist. In this prominent operational role, he was responsible for preparing executive-level meetings, producing analyses to support strategic decision-making, and coordinating key strategic projects. From July 2026, he strengthens the team of Dr. Molnár Networked Intellectual Property Solutions (NIPS), where he is primarily responsible for internal process development, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.
