István Molnár, PhD
European and Hungarian patent attorney
Patent attorney Dr. István Molnár is the founder of DR. MOLNÁR Networked Intellectual Property Solutions. He started his professional career in 2000, immediately after graduating from university studies, in the field of industrial property protection. In the course of his career, he has worked in major patent law firms, as well as for academic and market-based knowledge transfer organisations. Since 2007 he has been a lecturer at the Advanced Level Industrial Property Protection Course of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, since 2011 he was an assistant professor at Kecskemét College, then, since 2016 he has been an associate professor at Neumann János University, between 2012 and 2015 he was a Member of the Economic and Scientific Advisory Board for the President of the European Patent Office, and between 2009 and 2010 he was a lecturer and training material developer for the World Intellectual Property Organisation. He publishes regularly in Hungarian and English.
